SUKKOT AT CROW BUTTE PARK

October 04 — October 13, 2017

Text Box: ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF ISRAEL IS JUST A TEMPORARY PLACE AND WHAT REALLY MAKES SUKKOT SO SPECIAL ARE THE BROTHERS AND SISTERS THAT GATHER TOGETHER FOR THIS APPOINTED CELEBRATION.

We intend to be at Crow Butte around 2:30 PM on 10/04 to start setting up our tents and the Sukkah Gadol (Big Tent). Our plans are to stay thru 10/13 when we plan to break camp.

We’ll be privileged with the opportunity of observing three Shabbat days during our stay at Crow Butte. The first day of Sukkot is a Shabbat and begins at sundown 10/04 then the weekly Shabbat will begin at sundown 10/06. The last Shabbat will be on the eighth day of Sukkot which begins at sundown 10/11. Anyone is welcome to come and take part for as little or as much as desired, but please plan accordingly.

Registration for Sukkot is underway and is accomplished by completing the Berea Assembly Sukkot Registration Form that will be mailed or emailed upon request. We ask that you register by Sept 10, 2017 to facilitate planning and other preparatory measures to ensure an enjoyable Sukkot celebration. Registration forms can be requested by email, text, or a good old fashion phone call.

Text Box: Adonai has given us eight wonderful days for great Bible study, praise and worship, and fellowship with one another. It is a time to get away from ‘the ways of the world’ for a week! This is a very relaxing atmosphere with time for prayer, learning Hebrew dance, waving the Lulav and especially drawing near to our Lord and each other as a family. We believe celebrating Sukkot is a small taste of what it will be like when we tabernacle with our Lord, Yeshua HaMashiach!

BEREA TORAH STUDY of RICHLAND, WA (Tri-Cities)

The primitive (# 51) campsite will be our main place for gathering and our plans are to erect a large white tent for this purpose.

Text Box: For the early risers, there will be morning prayers each day at 7:30 AM. At 10:00 AM bring your bag chair and engage in interactive daily studies. Evening gatherings will be 4:00 PM for those who want to participate in waving the lulav (Four Species). We will end each day with Praise & Worship beginning at 7:00 PM. All gatherings and events are voluntary and we want everyone to feel free to come and go as you please.

Studies will be facilitated and the scope of each study will stay within the bounds of the written Word. Even though much of what we do comes from tradition.
